Fall Into The Smokies

Take a peek outdoors before 8 AM and you'll feel something refreshing - cool Smoky Mountain air! These cool mornings are a reminder that Fall is upon us. In less that a month's time, the leaves will begin changing their color, falling to the ground, and the Smokies will become vibrant with color once again!

A lot of folks think Autumn Colors in the Smokies won't take place until October. Not True! In less that a month (let's say the middle of September), the higher elevations will begin to see their annual Autumn colors. From there, colors will flow down the middle and lower elevations until the early November. So, yes, peak season is October, but for the adventurous crew, the higher you climb the earlier Autumn arrives!
